Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form to ensure your request is processed accurately.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
